Return and Refund Policy
Conditions for Returns or Exchange:
Global Socio Economic Association Of Innovators has a simple and hassle free return and/or exchange policy for certain products purchased from the Website provided following conditions are fulfilled:
- You must be located in India as this facility is not available to patrons located outside India.
- The products must be returned to gseai.org within 15 (Fifteen) days from date it is delivered to you.
- The product must be returned in its original condition along with the invoice, all labels, tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, designer boxes, hangers, freebies, if any and other packaging intact sold as a part of the product.
- Any garment sought to be returned or exchanged, should be unworn or unwashed. Garments that are found to be worn or damaged or soiled will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Products returned under this policy will be subject to quality testing/inspection.
Returns or Exchange Procedure:
- The returns procedure can only be initiated through the Website or directly mailing to us at infogseai@gmail.com.
- If you are not the actual purchaser but received the product from sponsored, (for example as gift), you will have to request the concerned customer to initiate the return process or directly mail us specifying your contact details.
- Upon receiving a ‘Returns/Exchange Request Form’, gseai.org will generate a ticket number which will be shared with you. This ticket number must be used in all communication(s) with gseai.org.
- org will send you a confirmatory e-mail upon receiving the products. Upon undertaking quality test and inspecting the product, gseai.org will inform you about its decision with respect to acceptance or rejection of the products within 2 (Two) working days of receiving the product.
- If gseai.org accepts the return/exchange request, value of the product returned/exchanged will be credited into your original mode of payment within 3 (Three) to 7 (Seven) working days of receiving the product. However, if gseai.org rejects the return/exchange we will ship the product back to you.

Shipping Policy
As a matter of policy, we offer free shipping to all our customers whose total value of the purchase is more than 500 rupees.
If the order value is less than 500 rupees then that order will attract shipping charges.
Once the order is placed, it will take 2 days to 15 days for delivery depending on whether the place of delivery lies within urban, semi-urban or rural areas. Kindly bear with us, if there is an unexpected delay.
