Global Socio Economic Association of Innovators (GSEAI) is committed to direct grassroots level intervention in measuring and shaping societal change

We aim to pursue sustainable development through collaborated efforts by developmental agencies, governmental organizations, and by the public, making development a community movement.

GSEAI believes development is the constant expansion of human capabilities and look at development from social, cultural, political and other dimensions affecting human life and progress to understand the big picture. We take pride in our process-oriented approach to capacity building toward social improvement and sustainable transformation.

Our goal is to empower our target groups to make them resilient to the social, economic and environmental challenge.

A transformed individual, when given access to viable economic pathways, can emerge from and lead their family out of poverty. Our roadmap for driving change for individuals, families and communities is based on this core belief

We think

We think that the key to tackling poverty is to address the deprivation of capabilities that keeps a person from living a life they have reason to value.

We work with marginalized groups and communities to trigger transformation at many levels and to create pathways to a better life for them.

Mr. M.N. Gunavardhanan IAS (RTD)

(MA, LLB, PGDBM (IIM B)

Mr. M.N Gunavardhanan has served at the highest level of bureaucracy in the State of Kerala, India. Before retiring in 2015, he held the post of State Information Commissioner in the rank of Chief Secretary of the State. During his long career, he has also held various other positions in both the government as well as other non-governmental organization, some of which are listed below.

Mr. Jose Pudukaden

Jose Pudukaden is a dynamic global leader, strategist and social entrepreneur with over 3 decades of global experience with a passionate dream of “A world where everyone has a decent place to live by ensuring sustainable world for future generations”.

A co-founder of GSEAI, Jose Pudukaden has more than 30 years of experience in leading international five star deluxe hotel chains (Meridien, InterContinental group, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn) in the Middle eastern countries where he has worked in the capacity of Chief Engineer /General Manager

He currently holds the positions of managing director of Westend Hospitality Management Company, and East Fort Medical Centre in Thrissur and the is also a director at Jeevan TV.

He is an active member of various professional societies and institutions such as Institute of British Engineers (IBE, UK), IEEE, Society of Professional Engineers, Fire Protection Association (NFPA, USA), American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME, USA), Association of Energy Engineers (AEE, USA), Environmental Engineers and Managers Institute (EEMI, USA), American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air conditioning Engineers (ASHRE, USA)

Mr. C. V Antony

C.V Antony is a hard core technocrat with an objective to transform communities by inspiring people across the world to open their minds and accept and include people with intellectuals, and with this empower people to lead a healthy and happy life. As a dynamic leader he has over 35 plus years of rich and varied experience in the corporate sector.

He is former president of Thrissur Management Association and a member of advisory board of Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of Institution of Engineers of India and is a member of faculty in various business schools and engineering colleges.

Mr. Suresh Perumpilavil

Suresh Perumpilavil is a dynamic leader and a strategic HR professional with over 15 years of experience as a business enabler with various corporate firms such as ICICI, HDFC, Kotak group. His mission is to implement sustainable programs that improve the future by preserving our heritage, discovering new knowledge and sharing our resources with the world.

He is a facilitator for effective HR systems and processes with rich HR operation experience in HR analytics, competency mapping, talent management and leadership architecture.
